Refund Policy
- Timeframe for Refund Requests: You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the final product. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Conditions for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
- The logo has not been used for commercial purposes.
- You provided a valid reason for your refund request, including details on why you are unsatisfied with the received logo.
- You have returned all necessary files that were sent to you.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at support@brandlift-studio.com. Include your name, order number, and the reason for the return in your request.
- Processing the Return: Upon receiving your request, we will review it and notify you of the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will process it within 5 business days.
- Refunds: If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment you used for the order. The refund process may take 5 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges for our services. If you would like to modify your logo, we recommend placing a new order.
